trades

-All trades sent via untracked letter mail (unless high value pc/ high demand pc)
-if you have less than 25 proofs, i will request that you send out first
-i include freebies in every envelope, if you do not want freebies please let me know
-please tag me on your story, with a picture of the trade when my end of the trade has arrived
- i send video quality checks of everything before i request your info, please do the same

sales

-i send video quality checks of every pc/ inclusions
-payements are by paypal f&f or etransfer; payment info will be given after quality check
-i will not pack/ send out until i receive payment
-once payment info is given out i will not allow backouts
-canadian stampped shipping is $1.5, WW stampped shipping starts at $1.8

group orders

- NO backouts without replacement
-you are responsible for finding a replacement
-i update the masterlist very frequently so please consult it before dm’ing me with a question -every group order has a groupchat to easily communicate with my joiners
-please put the groupchat name in the notes of your payment

giveaways

-all giveaway details are under the specific giveaway i am hosting
-all prizes are as is, no swap outs
-open ww and to open to b/s/t accounts, penpal accounts, journaling accounts, kpop related accounts. NO personal accounts

comissions

-commissions may take me 1-2 weeks to finish (or longer) depending on my schedule and volume of commissions
-payment is by paypal f&f or etransfer
-payment is due after the mockup is done, no physical product will be made without payment and your approval of the design
-once you approve the design, if you wish to change the design there will be a new mock up fee (1.5 USD)

-can proxy for etransfer
-can proxy for canada only sale, and forward to you
-no fee for with proxying, as long as you cover paypal fee/ shipping to you
